There should be functional hoods on jackets and hoodies, even if their just aesthetic.

and face mask you can move to cover either your eyes or your mouth
Im not sure if im making any sense, but could you add a hoodie that has no arm pads but just the hoodie itsef
“Just the hoodie” implies it’s a normal hoodie. It sounds like you’re asking for a sleeveless hoodie. Or, perhaps just a hood/cowl.

Maybe a hood on a raincoat could prevent you from drowning in the rain but pulling down the hood gives you a speed boost but makes you drown. that way it’s balanced for both survival and pvp gameplay, but there’s always a tradeoff

Perhaps… But a feature like a hood on a hoodie would have to come later, as nobody wants the game to be a pile of spaghetti code.
