Make it easier to craft a housing planner right now it’s hard to find and hard to craft

@Epic It uses a GPS and a Rangefinder to craft. It shouldn’t be difficult.

range finder isn’t easy to find
They are relatively common at construction sights in my experience. Ive found 2 at the same time in a hardware store once.
I don’t know what map you’ve been playing, but they don’t spawn in construction sights. They spawn in military locations or spots with military loot spawns.
