How do I fix this thing where it says k_EResultGSLTExpired when I try to start a dedicated server

idk why but when ever I try to start up a dedicated server it always says “Failed to connect to Steam servers because k_EResultGSLTExpired” how the hell do I fix this? i need a answer soon please
