Go into your steam library, right click on unturned, click properties, go to Unturned.exe, right click and hit properties, go to compatibility, click on “run compatibility troubleshooter”, and follow the steps it said. Only do this if the uninstall and reinstall, verify integrity, and updating drivers didn’t work.

Seems to only launch with battle eye disabled. May have to do it for both. Or I just didn’t do it correctly.
