when i trying to join to server by ip it writing “attemping connection” and then after 10 retryes it writing “failed to find server”, but i write correct ip and port and by server finder i can join.

have you restarted the game? verified game files?
One of two things are to blame:
A) you mistyped the IP or port
B) your internet is inconsistent
It’s clearly not the game’s fault since, as you can see, it has been successful at finding other servers in the browser.
