Currently at time of posting this message, this is what it says.
The HMD is a promotional item unlocked by owning or playing certain VR games on Steam. It was added when Unturned’s map editor had support for VR peripherals, however this editor VR mode was discontinued.
Eligible games were selected from common titles most VR players would own. Meeting any one of these criteria unlocks the HMD:
-1 hour playtime in VR Chat
-Ownership of Tilt Brush
-Ownership of Half-Life: Alyx
-Ownership of Beat Saber
