As other users have stated, ban inquiries for anti-cheat bans should only be filed with the third-party that banned you. That includes ban appeals for BattlEye game bans.

Didn’t you read this part of what MoltonMontro said? and if BattlEye doesn’t respond to you, there is nothing @SDGNelson or @MoltonMontro can do. BattlEye banned you, not those two.
