I got false banned 3 years ago, i tried to contact BattlEye several times, they didn’t do anything about it, i tried to appeal my false ban via e-mail but again, it didn’t work.
I really need help about this situation, i didn’t use any kind of cheats. Please don’t be afraid to contact me if you know anything about this situation.

No, not really. Ban appeals is not something SDG deals with. You already appealed, that is all you can do. Nelson isn’t going to unban you. Sorry king, account is gone.
On a side note why go with Steam ID but Discord nick?
As DeusExMachina correctly mentioned above, ban appeals regarding the BattlEye anti-cheat should be sent to BattlEye Support. If you received a VAC ban, these are non-appealable.
If you filed your appeal to BattlEye Support incorrectly, it was likely discarded. But if you filled out all the requested information, and never received a response, it’s likely that your ban appeal had been rejected.
Ban appeals should be directed towards BattlEye Support.
