I’m not entirely sure if bans would carry over, my guess is that for now if you reach the hour requirement you’ll still get access to the beta.

I’m 99.9% sure this is how it works, if you’re vacbanned, from UI, you’ll still be able too play UII if you reach the requirement. I don’t think Nelson is that unforgiving

No it wont carry, (I own U2 and I got vac ban on unturned,for a stupid mistake on a friends private server) Also we had some older conversation about this on the forum.
VAC bans won’t carry over to the new game.
All users are eligible to get Unturned II regardless of the condition of their account as long as they meet the playtime hour requirement (1250h as a reminder).
