I was playing and suddenly I went out and I got an invitation in the inventory which I guess will be an invitation to access the unturned II, but I don’t know how. Can you help me?

There should be older posts around the forums including steam.
But anyways head to your in-game inventory and above the stockpile button is a claim button which, when pressed, would have UII appear in your game library.

I guess you have over 2,000 hours?
For doubt, how many hours did you play Unturned 3.0?

Currently, you only need 1750 hours in unturned to receive a ticket.
