I’m not aware of any open right now but in 2017 i remember one being open and it was fairly populated, about 17 players on average. I know 2017 was quite a while ago in the unturned timeline, but it was pretty far into 3.0’s development and it shows a chance of survival for a 2.0 server. The hard part would be spreading the word of the server, though.
