I was some times seeing those issuse.
this one appears if you kill a bandit and just moving around while watching hist vest clips and starts shaking.
the empty catrige just sometimes floats…
on that one i know why this appears, when you take your scope put this gun in inventory later equip it to your hands and just aiming you can see a inside of weapon
