List of mostly* vehicle related suggestions

Given the forum is closing soon i decided to make a list of a handful of suggestions i have

-per wheel brake configuration
unless i’m missed something currently vehicles with the new gear system are all wheel brake and i think it would be good to allow to do per wheel braking and braking force

-per wheel invulnerability configuration
i think this would allow for more versatile vehicle wheels configs for example a half trick on which vehicles front wheels can be broken but tracks wouldn’t be affected

-per wheel steering speed multiplier
currently with the SteeringAngleMultiplier will make the wheels steer at the same amount of degrees per second so for example a wheel with a SteeringAngleMultiplier of 1.5 will reach it’s max steering angle later than one with a SteeringAngleMultiplier of 1, i think rather than making it so the speed is multiplied by the same amount as the angle it should be a separate thing to allow for things like vehicles with a slower of faster steering speed than other

-per wheel tire id
for vehicles that might have two kinds of tires with it being overwritten by if Tire_ID

-configurable health for the smoke effects to show up
the smoke effects on vehicles are appear based on a fixed number and not based on the percentage of the vehicle’s health as far as i’m aware this cannot be changed i think it would be nice for it to be able to be configured since i’ve seen people used the smoke on vehicles as a activation hook for stuff

-multiple reverse gear
currently we can only have one reverse gear on vehicles, some vehicles have multiple reverse gears

-per gear rpm gearshift thresholds
to allow different gears to be shifted on different rpm GearShift_DownThresholdRPM and GearShift_UpThresholdRPM work well if the vehicle has two gears if it has more it complicates things

-configurable speed limiter
i think rather than putting manual gear shifting how i’ve seen some suggested it could be better to introduce a speed limiter that could be configured inside the car’s menu in the inventory and maybe toggled with a button

-more buttons to do stuff with on vehicles
it’s been suggested before but i think it should be added maybe using the leaning keys and the weapon reload and attachment keys since they aren’t used when there’s a driver on the car

-custom building slots
not really car specific but would allow for people to do customizable vehicle parts for vehicles without needing to use the existing slots like doors or hatches it would also allow for custom doors which would be too big or too small for vanilla doors

-diesel or maybe custom fuel types
to me this one seems more avant garde but i think it would be interesting to have more fuel types for things like tanks or industrial generators needing diesel instead of regular fuel to work

more sounds, for example tracked vehicles should get another sound for tracks as you shouldnt be able to hear them when idle.
Definitely give us more buttons, we need more buttons also make the Hook a triggerable event in unity similar to siren with activation event hook or something.
