Yea… that’s about it… probably not worth the effort but I wish it exists :upside_down_face:

There is a Unity add on called Digger that can do this easily with inbuilt terrain; however it’s pretty expensive and likely not worth it for unturned.

It’s like 50$ it’s not that much. It’s more so that it makes hundreds of tris with each “dig”. It does have auto lods and as far as I can tell it is production ready, but considering unturneds problems with optimisation it’s probably not a great fit. (Plus maybe licensing issues with the editor)
