Mapwide Navmesh lag?

Does anyone know how much lag a mapwide navmesh on a small-sized map would generate? I’ve been told mapwide navmeshes cause a lot of lag but I recall seeing it done somewhwere. I’m toying with the idea of making a hyper-detailed small sized map based on the coastal region of oregon, just thought that zombies being able to follow you everywhere might be a nice touch.

I’ve never messed around with it myself but I’d say to try it out and see what happens. If it is a small map I wouldn’t expect it to be too big of an impact. I think you’d need to test it out with horde beacons though, I don’t know how spawning works with them.
