Missing Content Tools

This image is from MeLikeBigBoom’s tutorial from April 2nd, 2017. The entire Tools folder is gone, and while the BundleTool is found in “Project.unitypackage”, ContentTool is nowhere to be found. Therefore, I can’t use the ContentTool menu to create the following result.

I am using the tool to create custom stereo songs and I cannot find ContentTool or a reasonable replacement anywhere.

Content bundles (.content) were deprecated in favor of master bundles (.masterbundle). Are you familiar with how master bundles work? It should be noted that stereo songs are an Asset v2 class as well.
