Considering Unturned is going back to its survival roots, more makeshift weapons are guaranteed I would say, because its something you yourself create and customise, not just find on the map.
I wouldn’t say the gun above looks like it would be (somewhat) makeshift realistic, but none the less, I would like to see more makeshift weapons

Hm since you mentioned it, maybe the makeshift weapon customization could be based on it rather than just pistol upgrades. Maybe just scrap whatever I said

A system similear to rust might work, where you find rifle/pistol chambers and parts and you could build from there, I like the system yarrr posted and maybe a combinition could work? And maybe some things you could craft on your own like the stock or barrel with a pipe of some sort or wood.
