Mythical listings in Community Market

Currently all listings in the Community Market are as commodity items, which makes sense since you cannot rename items and there’s no wear, and basically every copy of that Steam item is the same.

However, in the case of Mythicals there’s so few ever available at once, and they are listed so infrequently, that I feel it would make sense to, instead have Mythicals as a commodity item, have all Mythicals of the same cosmetic or skin be on the same listing.

Luck is Luck and you gotta deal with that, this is like csgo knives but on a much smaller scale, there are only like 20 mythicals that she unlisted…

Maybe there should be wears on the items and make loot drops a bit more rare cuz in the past, the best I could get from a drop is a skin that costed $0.04
While in CSGO, I have played less than half the hours I have on Unturned and I still got $2 drops

What does luck have to do with the discussion/suggestion?

Mythicals are a matter of luck unless its a very common mythical and you’ve got to hope that the person who gets the mythical you want markets it and dosent keep it, you have to be pretty lucky for the one person in the world who has a skin to market it.

So you didn’t even read what he wrote.

Most probably
I do that sometimes when I’m not in the mood
But I wouldn’t argue about it either

tl;dr for the post then: the community market doesn’t need 282 pages for mythical items. Just combine all of your bubbling, burning, radioactive, musical, etc. ducky life preservers into one single market listing.

If you are overwhelmed just use the search bar. They shouldnt be in one listing, these items are unique from eachother.

I’m not overwhelmed, it’s just common practice for other Steam Economy-integrated games (TF2 notably), and there’s more often than not only a single item for sale, if any, anyways.

TF2 only shrinks when paint, names, or descriptors are used. This is because these are customizable. It does not shrink wears, unusual types, or stranges.
Unturned has no paint/descriptors/nametags. There is nothing to shorten because there is nothing to customize. If mythicals were all put onto a single listing there would be no control over which mythical you recieve.

Unusuals are shrunken in TF2. Wears are too, within their named wear levels is an actual individual wear value. Stranges are not because all stranges are exactly the same (excluding when a name tag, paint can, description tag, or festivizer is used). Professional killstreaks and specialized killstreaks are though, since sheens and killstreakers are varied.

This is 100% false. You choose the specific one you want to buy from the listings.

You got me, I was wrong. Doesn’t change my feelings about it. All I see it doing for me is adding another layer of searching that I don’t feel necessary. Maybe for TF2 it would be, because there are so many item types, but not for something as small as Unturned. If this was added I would first have to search for the item, then I’d have to search again for the mythical type from that items page. The same thing is accomplished right now and in less time with a single search.

Am I the only one who has absolutely no idea what the actual winged f*ck that you 2 are saying?

TF2 has an incredibly deep item system and market.
