Improve and build apon durability make it a whole new perspective to think about things think about it food can rot medican can decay then difference types of food can rot at different rates same with medican different guns could have a chance of being jammed and requiring fixing at different durability just this alone has already made alot more thought having to be put into what gun you choose what food you choose and what medical supplies you want

Feel free to put other recommindations for features in unturned even if it isent related directly to this
