Is it legal to have a pay to win server on Unturned II or I. If So, why? If not, then for Unturned II would it be possible to take down future servers?
There is no legal agreement that tells server that they cannot be âpay to winâ to my knowledge. Minecraft has an EULA which does specify what game servers can do which is what most people are familiar with then they think of this.
For Unturned II there is also no agreement like this so based of all the current information that I have this wonât happen. That being said I canât predict what may happen in the future.

As there is no form of âagreementâ established in the game (and in the previous game) there is no legal blockade against p2w servers or similar design.
Despite the discussions in the past there is no further planned indication that they will be outlawed, though it may change if the dev has a shift in mindset.
