Swiss army knife may be trademarked, but Swiss knife is not, and neither are huey or hind.
Ew, rocket
In the defense of RP, most servers with RP in the title are really just “mafia vs police RP OPKITS 1000x loot tpa home shop gun wars admin seriusss”
99% of RP servers are absolute trash. The secret is getting good at finding the 1%.

the colt used to be called honeybear xd
also I don’t see a possible copyright infringement with honeybadger, It’s a little more obvious with Colt, as Colt is the name of the manufacturing company, but if Nelson changed the Colt’s name to 1911, why shouldn’t he just keep the name Honeybadger?
Agreed. I mean, Honeybadger isn’t the company name, but just the model, which is fine.
That and how iconic the Honeybadger is. I can’t wait to see all the confused squeakers in creative servers try spawning it in by name though, lol
It did though…
Just to clarify for people: it does not have to be 100% the same to ne infringement. “Swiss Knife” with the same design will still be able to be counted as infringement.
yes it did
I never said ‘Wiss army knife’
Are you the knights who say ne?
Why quote the part about the Hind and Huey if you’re not going to address them. It’s not like you were using the complete quote anyways.

rip, missed the s. Fixed.

Mobile version of anything sucks. That is my one and only worthy excuse. :I
I do agree with people that the chosen assets to be renamed is interesting though, especially it being “assets which were potentially genericized.” That’d imply the trademark doesn’t hold up to begin with anymore.
yes it did
aha arlight i cannot see it
