QOL for the attachment screen

In first person, attachment points are placed where the attachment actually goes on the gun. This is cool and all until someone plays on like a 1:1 resolution and half the attachment points are off screen forcing them to go into 3rd person to put on their attachments!!!

My proposed solution is to push attachment points to be inside the screen bounds! :DDDD
