If I understand correctly the armor plates will give protection to the player and absorb damage from bullets, for example, now, if a turned wear this armor with plates, will it have the same effect on him (will he absorb the shots)?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Although we don’t have helmets yet, I imagine they’ll block the damage in a similar way, so turned soldiers will be a very big threat, because even headshots can be blocked if they hit the helmet, their only weakness being their legs (I think than in most cases) and your face.

Berets currently take armor plates just like the vest does.

I like the idea of carry weight because it opens up the opportunity for lightweight madlad builds for extra fast movement speed
