The badge requires a Regular 20 days to finish. His daily like limit is less than a Regular’s, so I’m pretty sure it’s physically impossible for him to complete it given he doesn’t have 50 likes a day.

Somehow I have, must be a bug or something. It says that my limit is 50 per day, but I gave more than 50 today.
