Emails have started going out to those who purchased the SDGNelson Plush by Makeship!
Plushies are expected to ship ~October 22, 2024. Shipping notifications will likely start going out closer to that date, so make sure your shipping address is correct!
The subject line for the email containing your Steam key is along the lines of “SDGNelson Campaign Rewards”. Redeeming the key in this email will grant you three (3) in-game cosmetic items: an SDGNelson Plush cosmetic vest, along with an additional cosmetic shirt and cosmetic pants based on the plushie’s design.
These emails could appear in your Spam inbox folder – so be sure to check!
Redeeming your Steam key for the in-game cosmetic
To redeem your Steam key through the Steam app, perform the following steps:
- Login to Steam
- Click “Add a game” from your Steam Library
- Click “Activate a product on Steam”
- Enter the Steam key into the Product Code field
The DLC that this Steam key grants went live on on Steam recently. As the items are distributed via Steam’s item servers, it could potentially take a few days before you receive the three cosmetic items.
We recommend launching the game at least once after activating your key. If you’ve activated your key and still haven’t received your cosmetic items within a few days of launching the game – please file a Support ticket.
