Second ban appeal request

Hello back in April '22 I made an request to be unbanned for an older action of me when I was younger.
I was not aware of certain rules in place that the link I posted had me banned and I would like to rectify it and take back the mistake I had made and move forwards, also catch up with all the content I missed. I was made aware the staff member who had me banned has left the team and was wondering if a Staff vote is possible for my unban.
