If thete will be different forms of “lore” in II, aside from the notes you see in 3.0, I think that you should be able to find security camera footage in facilities such as Scorpion-7, and military bases, etc. I think that this could provide for some interesting lore, and provide a bit more insight on the events that happened, triggering the apocalypse. When combined with other forms of “lore”, it would be much more easy and fun to piece together the puzzle.

Maybe, in addition to footage from security cameras, you could also find footage from body cameras (probably only in locations that are related to extreme sports or the police though)
