Small details like speedbumps and generated potholes that can damage your tire causing you to need a new one And details like numbers crossed out on population signs in cities like what people did when they left town and apocalypses related vandalism like “there is no hope” and stuff like that painted around and stuff
I think that damaging your tire should be pretty rare, but maybe make you loose control of your car if you go over them too fast.
I feel like it should be a bit more common because it’ll give a whole new use to needing new tires like, in 3.0 you need it if yours gets shot out which rarely happens cause it’s kinda difficult and it’s not ther first thing you think about and you wouldn’t expect to need a tire on hand but in 4.0 one of the main components could be having an extra tire or something just in case
