soulcrystal not teleporting on custom copy of russia,when i killed 20 zombies at night , i have also done this scorpion 7 quest from liberator , also on my custom germany map teleporter was not working , i solved it but i forgot how , it was something with map files
Chances are the custom map is breaking stuff, why use that instead of just the map?
Happened to me on WelsieG event on custom Russia too, i think is happen cause the map is modded and some vital scripts are gone missing
