this is not a cheat, all players have it, even me, and it’s not about the server, it’s also in a single game
Likely a compression artefact

This looks like the dot crosshair when you are not holding a gun.
Edit: Nevermind, I now see what you are talking about. It’s a very faint circle. Probably caused by compression like @kvc.6 mentioned.
