Why do some skin sets that used to be on stockpile now are available on market Im talking ab (yeti, Hunter, Grim…)

Anything that’s not available from the Stockpile (e.g. retired items), or is from a mystery box / gift present, is usually able to be put on the Steam Community Market.

Soo everything we see in stockpile bout to be later marketable? Cuz lets say Obsidian Knight has (Not Marketable) like Yeti used to have but Yeti is now on market does it mean Obsidian Knight might be later marketable?
