Suggestion: Full moon/Full moon zombie effects

I would love to see on Unturned 4.0 the full moon like there is on 3.0, and, if possible, making the full moon-affected zombies hunt you, or make this as an option on servers/games. It would be very nice to see the zombies hunting you/your base during full moons. That would make the things more fun. Imagine how cool it would be to defend your base/yourself against the zombies trying to kill you.

I’m almost certain the mechanic will return in some form. Not so sure about the hunting bit but with Unreal Engine there’s a chance for Universal Navmesh to return.

Sounds like a great idea! The only flaw would be how zombies stop chasing you once you leave there spawn area.

Thanks! I also tough of a certain quantity of zombies, not all (or at least make this a configuration that you can change)

If it comes back in 4.x, then I hope that when it happens, there’s a chance that a special, Full Moon specific zombie that spawns for the sole reason of hunting you down till the end of the blood moon. It would have a better AI than other zombies: it’ll try tracking you down from everywhere in the map, always trying to stay out of your sight, it would be invisible to other players (unless it gets really close to you) and would never lose sight of you, unlike other zombies.

In 3.x the zombies only chase you within a small nav mesh. In 1.x and 2.x, they would chase you across the maps. Who knows what the AI in 4.x will be like.

Like the anomaly?(but in this case the anomaly is hostile)

In 4.0 Nelson wants to make zombies be able to leave those areas, so basically their not restricted to one area.
