Sounds like a neat idea.
Add camouflage to conceal yourself, i.e. leaves, sticks, black/green face paint etc

upgradable clothing items
punch trees to make a workbench
use sticks and stones to make a pickaxe/sword/hoe/shovel/axe
you can build a portal to another realm
you can dig and get resources like diamonds or gold

i think i have heard that… somewhere… nah forget it.
Also, u should be able to enchant items with your own experience and have a final boss battle against a dragon on another dimension.
