When you see this tweet it might be some guy in the community trying to be funny haha, but if you look at the tweet time, February 14th. The Sub To Kuwait meme was never funny, but it has been long dead. The only person trying to keep the “MEME” relevant is Animatic, because he made Kuwait.
Another one, Animatic tweets to himself, with inside jokes that he only understands. He is the only one making himself laugh at this point, which is not unusual. 
Finally, Animatic was part of the super duper secret ultra trailer making Nelson Canyon arena test, and he was killed by Nelson, and he did gloat about this like a little bitch.
