The Korek Machete was a promotional item available during the Dying Light × Unturned collab event. This event ended several years ago, so unfortunately - you cannot obtain this anymore.
The in-game plushie cosmetics were available by redeeming the codes given to purchasers of the physical plushies by Makeship. The campaign for the most recent plush ended just 2 months ago, so it’ll likely be a bit before we consider collaborating with Makeship on another design.
The other items in your screenshot are still obtainable, if you meet certain criteria. 
TL;DR no can’t get most of them. Korek isn’t obtainable anymore, chances are you aren’t partnered on twitch and don’t own the plushies or you would have gotten a code. Can technically still get the monocle (but chances are you aren’t willing to fork over the money for international mail).
I should make a video of me driving north into Canada just so I can ship it cheaper. Maybe I’ll do that the next time I go up to Buffalo.
