don’t know if this has been discovered already, but if it hasn’t, then it’s pretty op.

TL;DR - You can shoot much faster when you shoot and reload simultaneously, but you have to shoot before you reload.
If I understand correctly then this is intentional - each weapon animation has a marker (“anim notify”) that allows the weapon to start shooting a bit earlier than the animation ends so that the extra blending out is optional. For example on the rifle this happens as soon as the bolt is visually rechambered.
