Unturned 3.14 crashes on 32bit

Error log says:
Unturned.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module Unturned.exe at 001b:011f0aa0.
output_log says:

Most likely its videodriver issuse, but i tried to use Mesa3D, which works for all unsuported for my pc games, but unturned cant capture it:
Direct3D:
Version: Direct3D 9.0c [igdumd32.dll 8.15.10.1749] //bruh
Renderer: Семейство наборов микросхем Intel(R) 82945G Express (корпорация Майкрософт - WDDM 1.0) //P.S. this is my actual videocard, but there should be Mesa3D renderer

maybe i can use opengl, but how
