The problem is with the player model.
This bug is only possible when we crouch and vigorously move the camera left and right with a random texture.
You can then walk in or get stuck in the texture.
Below I am sending short video.

I don’t think controversial means what you think it means. That bug (or rather variations thereof) have been around for ages.
