Unturned II weather effects/seasonal effects on environment

In the future of unturned it would be cool to see different weather effects on cars, houses, etc.

Like how driving around during the winter would get your car dirty with ice.

or driving through the mud

It would also be important to clean your car so that you can see through the windows and that your lights are dirty/ covered by mud

I, as a former farming simulator player, like the idea of vehicles getting dirty as the player uses them.
