do you guys think nelson will make it where certain items can slow you down, if yes, do you think its a good idea?

I was thinking that bulkier and baggier items slow your movement through vegetation and barbed wire more.

Hey Dragon Beast,
Items already currently slow you down. If you inspect one of those armor plates it should say -3% speed. If you put on armor you should notice the large decrease in speed.
