Well idc. Its still pretty strange for people’s steam items to go missing for no good reason. Maybe others have suffered the same bug.
Germany released in July. Germany marked the end of early access. That achievement is an example of why he likely didn’t ever have the items.
He wouldn’t have played Unturned until a few months after it left early access. Regardless, it’s a Steam Support issue. Posting it here does nothing, nor does posting it on the Steam Discussions. If he actually booted the game up prior to Germany’s release, then Steam Support would be able to give him the appropriate DLC.
