Well, with the new update I found out that vehicle skin is no longer working. I have it equipped but there is no button to apply it. I tried to restart my game, tried it in singleplayer, in multiplayer, tried to dequip it and equip again and so on.
I guess this issue is the same for other vehicles too. I have Rally Car skin and also no apply button.
I hope this will be fixed.
