Watch players 2 times as far as they can see you

Lets adress the elephant in the room.

If you set “Landmark Draw Distance” to 0% then you can see players more than 2 times as far away just as a flying backpack or such. Same with Cosmetics. If you have for exampe the “Shine” Mythical. Other players can see it wayyy too far away and it makes life a living hell for you if you have mythicals.

This is a PVP tactic and way too many know about it to not have been reported at least once.
How come nothing have been done about it yet?

To clarify: this issue has been reported before, and it was addressed by raising the minimum draw distance (which reduces the maximum effectiveness).
