The issue with sketchup is its really good for simple interior design and school projects but you actually need to know how to use it. Most people just get into and don’t even realize there are more features than what they can see.

extruding is probably the most important, since it is extremely difficult to make models for Unturned without it

Actually a lot of times where extrusion seems logical Unturned uses another cube or cylinder instead to reduce face count. I’d also argue that any model that actually requires extrusion could simply be made with edge loops.
