When will the requirements for U4 access be reduced? What will they be reduced to?

I am level 2 on the forums, 1400 hours in-game, early access, and gold. I am just wondering when I will be able to try out U4! I’ve heard some info that it’ll be reduced to 1000 hours by the end of the year? Is this true?

Keys are being distributed via hours. As mentioned previously, the hours will be reduced as development on U4 continues and more core features are implemented. There is no set schedule for when each reduction occurs.
