Why my Item Animation can't play

I followed the tutorial then I made a simple testing Animation,and it works properly in Preview Sceen.

But when I equiped the item in game,it would not play Animation
Can somebody explain this?I was stucked for many hours. :sob: :sob: :sob:

help,other animations (Original) can work
