Discord forums exist. Much easier and more visibility.
This actually existed before. Iirc it was removed because SDG basically never looked at it.
Imo a channel saying where to suggest and report bugs would be good though. There’s a lot of people that don’t know the forums or GitHub exist
This. Also it was a thing for II which got snuffed. Discord is neither easier to use nor more visible, but it does have the larger user base (this is not a good thing in terms of suggestion quality).
Deus and CPL are in fact correct when it comes to their points on a discord suggestion channel.
We did have a suggestion channel at once point, but the bulk of suggestions were either half-baked or not true suggestions. Typically, well thought out suggestions are posted here on the forum or on GitHub. Although eventually utilizing Steam more is a future goal.
We, the moderation team, made the decision to close the channel due to the points presented.
