You can craft a empty library, and deposit in there books. You can find them, and each book will give you a skill:
if you find a book that talks about medicine, you have to read it, and when you finish it you will earn a skill that matches with the book, so in this case you will use medicine more efficently. When you finish a book, you can read it again, but you will not earn any skill or experience. Each book will have a progress bar, and you can stop reading for then restarting from the same point. That progress bar will go up really slow, but if you read a lot of books you will read everytime more faster (the “reading speed” skill will go up everytime you finish a book). Then if you want you can destroy the book and earn 3/4 clothes. Sry for bad english
