it gives me this error when I log on to the server and it throws me out after 10-20 seconds

Try uninstalling battleye, delete it here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
Then relaunch the game and it should reinstall, I know somebody that worked for.
I also had this issue. I just reinstalled the game and battleye and it helped me
