if there are no disadvantages it is not fair for people without suppressors

The point of that post is for you to change your approach to the downsides.
Maybe come up with something on your own without the usual boring “less damage silent gun” stuff.
Perhaps suppressors aren’t attachable for some guns?
Just something creative.
find a good gun and loot it for hours and it’s obvious that it’ll before better than a gun you just found
Less damage is not what i had in mind i was thinking of more bullet drop or loss in range
